It is advisable to use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the length from toe to heel in centimeters. A reserve length of 8mm/0.3inch is recommended.

All standard delivery orders are processed and shipped out following verification of payment. All items are dispatched out daily, from Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and public holidays (Malaysia).
Items posted within Peninsular Malaysia should be received within an average of 3 working days, and approximately 5 to 7 working days for items posted to East Malaysia. Calico Quiche will not be accountable for any missing or delayed parcels caused by 3rd party courier service provider.

Calico Quiche does not entertain returns, refunds or exchange.
Unless, it is established that an oversight was caused by our party, the item will then be replaced immediately. This includes sending a wrong or defective item. In that case, kindly send us an email along with well-defined photos of the item (include a close up of the defect) together with a brief description and your order number to hello@calicoquiche.com.my and we will exchange your item promptly.
However, we do not offer replacements or refunds for errors made by the customer. This includes incorrect selection of size, variant and colour. Customers are advised to check all orders prior to checking out.
