Calico Quiche provides the content and services available on our calicoquiche.com.my website (“Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using our Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and approved without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which includes our Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 01/03/2021. Calico Quiche reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Site, so that you may understand our privacy practices.

Accuracy of Information and Products

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Additionally, information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. Calico Quiche or any contributors do not take responsibility for any consequences relating directly or indirectly to any information, recommendations or action by any person using the present site. The information contained here is offered without any warranty and it is not liable for its accuracy, mistakes, or for any damage caused by user’s reliance on information obtained from the site.

Delivery

Customers are to leave the correct address in the Billing and Delivery address columns respectively. Calico Quiche will not be held responsible for any hiccups in the delivery caused by wrongful declaration of the delivery address by the customer.

Calico Quiche will not amend nor combine orders which were paid for separately. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. All orders are processed and despatched out within 2 to 5 working days after verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, from Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and public holidays (Malaysia). Once you have obtained the Despatch Confirmation via email or WhatsApp, your order(s) will then be under the responsibility of a 3rd party courier service provider. Calico Quiche will not be accountable for missing parcels thereafter. Claims of missing consignment will have to be made directly through our 3rd party courier service provider. On the other hand, our team at Calico Quiche will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensatory claims (if any). Customers will be able to track their orders using the tracking number provided to you via https://www.jtexpress.my. Do note that there may be a one day delay in delivery statuses projected online.

In the event of a bounced parcel, the customer will be notified via email or WhatsApp. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Calico Quiche will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be sent via email or WhatsApp to the customer.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply contact our customer service personnel either by submitting the form available on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@calicoquiche.com.my. If the error was made by our team, you will be entitled to an exchange or replacement within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange your item(s) as soon as possible after you have placed a cancellation . The returned item will be your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. However, your rights to exchange the goods will not apply in the following circumstances:

– Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession or the item was returned without being contained in its original packaging.

– If you had a change of mind regarding product type, size and colour choice after payment was made.

If you exchange an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will exchange the item for you immediately. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 7 working days of delivery. Despite every effort to provide accurate images for each product’s colour and design, actual colours of product may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, and minor alterations in the product’s finishing over time.

Intellectual Property

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Neither the Content or Trademarks nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose prior to acquiring our consent in writing.
